Recover, a leading materials science company and one of the world’s largest producers of recycled cotton fibre, has announced the launch of Recover Yarns, a curated portfolio of ready-to-use yarn solutions aimed at accelerating the adoption of recycled cotton across the global apparel supply chain.

Developed in collaboration with a global network of over 150 spinning partners, Recover Yarns offers a wide range of constructions, blends, and technical capabilities spanning denim, workwear, jersey, fleece and woven applications. All yarns are produced using Recover’s low-impact recycled cotton fibre.

The new platform consolidates pre-approved yarn developments under a single system, enabling brands and manufacturers to access scalable, production-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing manufacturing processes. Recover said the initiative is designed to reduce barriers to adoption and support faster implementation of recycled materials at industrial scale.

With this launch, Recover expands its integrated ecosystem covering fibre, yarn, fabric and blank garments, strengthening end-to-end traceability and circularity across the textile value chain.

“By translating our fibre into ready-to-use yarns, we are making it easier for brands and manufacturers to move from ambition to implementation in their sustainable strategy,” said Anders Sjöblom, CEO of Recover™.

“Recover Yarns addresses the need for adaptable product solutions that enable the integration of recycled cotton at scale,” added Enes Adak, Chief Product Officer.

The company said the platform will continuously evolve with new blends, technologies, and market requirements, supporting brands of all sizes across geographies, volumes, and price points while reinforcing recycled cotton as a core material in circular textile systems.
