Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) has opened allocations under the 10th phase of its direct allotment scheme for industrial plots at Rupaheri Textile Park in Bhilwara. Investors planning to set up textile manufacturing units can apply for plots ranging from 1,500 sq metre to 36,000 sq metre.

Applicants who signed MoUs with the state Government during the Rising Rajasthan summit can submit online through RIICO’s portal until 14th May 2026.

According to a RIICO official, investors who have not yet signed MoUs can still  execute them before the deadline to become eligible for the scheme.

Rupaheri Textile Park  allows industries related to cotton and natural fibre, man-made fibre, garments and ready-made apparel, technical textiles, handloom and handicrafts, wool processing, and textile accessories.

Spread across 209 hectares in Hurda tehsil, the textile park comprises 275 industrial plots sized between 500 sq metres to 1,25,000 sq metres. The park has been developed with infrastructure facilities  to support spinning, weaving, processing, and garment manufacturing units.

RIICO has approved Rs 221 crore for the project’s development. Construction  work on roads, culverts, boundary walls, and power infrastructure, including high-mast lighting is currently in progress. The project has also received environmental clearance from the state-level Impact Assessment Authority.

Under the Rajasthan Textile and Apparel Policy 2025, investors are eligible for a range of incentives including support for asset creation over a period of 10 years, exemptions from stamp duty and electricity duty, incentives for adopting environmentally sustainable solutions, and reimbursement of up to 50% of employee training expenses.

In addition, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can avail further benefits under the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024.
