Archroma is set to showcase a comprehensive range of technical textile solutions at Techtextil 2026, scheduled from 21 to 24 April in Frankfurt, Germany.

The speciality chemicals company will exhibit its latest chemical and dye technologies in Hall 9.0, targeting technical textile manufacturers with a focus on sustainable production, productivity, and advanced fabric functionality.

For outdoor and active wear, the company is set to present products such as PHOBOTEX NTR-50 LIQ, a non-PFAS, partially bio-based water repellent, and a series of inks including LANASET XKS, NOVACRON ADVANCE, and TERASIL XKS for enhanced colour performance across a variety of fibres and blends.

In the area of workwear and uniforms, Archroma will bring NYLOFIXAN PA LIQ C for polyamide fastness, SILIGEN D2W LIQ C for hydrophilic softening of cellulosic and cotton-lycra knits, as well as AVITERA GENERATION NEXT and PHOBOTEX R-ACE for resource-efficient dyeing and robust water repellency.

The company’s updated TOUGH CAMO system targets military camouflage, featuring water-based, Oeko-Tex compliant pigment printing with infrared reflectivity, high rubbing, and light fastness, including the use of HELIZARIN ULTRA-FAST PLUS PA for rapid pigment printing.

For nonwovens, Archroma’s APPRETAN series offers formaldehyde-free binders designed to deliver high-performance bonding, improved softness, and durability for applications in filtration, construction, automotive, apparel, and furniture. These include APPRETAN FFX6750 LIQ, APPRETAN FFX6270 LIQ, APPRETAN FFX1540 LIQ, and APPRETAN FFX1670 LIQ.

In the automotive and transportation sector, Archroma will highlight FADEX HLF-S, a UV absorber for fabric interiors, which supports safety, compliance, and the transition towards sustainable manufacturing.

In response to increasing regulatory scrutiny over PFAS, higher sustainability standards, and consumer demand for transparent textile performance, Archroma will introduce its High IQ lastingrepel programme at Techtextil 2026.

This initiative provides mills and brands with independent verification that water-repellent treatments comply with recognised industry standards and maintain durability.

Archroma has also broadened its portfolio through a partnership with HeiQ, incorporating new antimicrobial and odour-control technologies.

This collaboration extends the company’s offerings to include silver-based HeiQ Pure, metal-free silane-quat-based HeiQ Life AD/AE, and plant-derived HeiQ Fresh solutions.

Archroma’s Super Systems+ platform will form part of each segment at Techtextil. The platform encompasses fibre-specific processing solutions and a range of functionalities, covering processes from sizing to finishing.

It includes products intended to address resource efficiency, chemical compliance, and durability requirements in technical textile manufacturing.
